Terms of Service

Standard terms and conditions for VocoClinic's AI dental receptionist software and missed call recovery services.

1. Service Scope

VocoClinic provides SaaS software for UK dental practices. Services include AI-assisted missed call recovery, SMS automation, and optional AI voice receptionist integration.

2. Service Level Commitment

We strive for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

3. Data Ownership

The Clinic owns all patient data and interaction logs. VocoClinic claims no ownership over clinical or patient data.
